Our
Proofing System
Prior
to running your job on press, we provide you with a
proof for your final approval.
Extremely
important: We are a completely digital and
direct-to-plate printer. If hard copies are supplied,
they will be scanned and a digital image will be created.
This
is your final responsibility and a very IMPORTANT part
of the process. Changes made to the original file will
be billed as customer alterations accordingly. Any inaccuracies
on our part occurring during output will be free of
charge.
Client
alterations: Any changes above and beyond the
quote according to the information you have provided
is considered a client alteration.
Money-Saving Tips
Post
script fonts should be used instead of true type fonts'
this will prevent conversion problems which can cause
text reflow.
Remember
to convert the text in your art files to outlines; this
will prevent those unexpected missing fonts that stall
the production of your job.
Because
revisions submitted on your next disk starts the production
process over, it is most cost-effective to allow our
prepress department to make revisions in-house.
